Shipping / Pick Up
We are working extra hard to dispatch all orders as quickly as they come in. Please allow extra time to receive your order, as couriers around the country are extremely busy this time of year due to increased volume. For rural deliveries please allow an additional 5-10 days.
As you are aware, we have brought back local pickup in the Auckland Region. If you place a pick up order, please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and ready for pickup as we are extra busy this time of year.

Damaged Parcel
If your parcel was damaged in transit, please take a picture so that we may file a claim with the courier company. Email senseoramacandles@gmail.com with your order details, and we will take care of it.
