GENERAL

WHAT IS IN THE CANDLES?

All the ingredients we use here at Senseorama are 100% natural and locally sourced. The Soy Wax we use is completely natural, GMO free and contains no paraffin or unnatural additives.

The wicks we use are HTP 73 Container Wicks, which are cotton flat braid wicks with paper filament. These are Zinc and Lead free and more suitable for soy candles. They burn cleanly, meaning they are less prone to mushrooming.

 

CAN I REUSE THE JARS?

OF COURSE!!!!  All of our containers can be reused for whatever your heart desires.

 

WHAT IF I DONT LIKE THE SCENT I CHOSE?

Not a problem, we can help with this. Please refer to our exchange and refund page for more information.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING/POSTAGE USUALLY TAKE?

If you live in Auckland, we are happy to deliver your order to you during the weekends, and we also offer local pickup, however if you are outside of Auckland, standard postage takes 3-4 working days, and if you live in a rural area, it approximately takes 4-5 working days.

 

 

EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with a product, we are happy to offer you an exchange.


An exchange will be offered if;
(i) The product has not been used and the exchange has been requested within the 14 days from when the customers received the product; and

a)The customer is unhappy with the product they have received; or

b) The customer has received the wrong product or than what they ordered; or

c) The product has been damaged during delivery.


An exchange will not be offered if;
(i) The customer has used the product; or
(ii) 14 days has elapsed; or
(iii) The customer has damaged the product in any way.

  

REFUND

A refund will only be offered if;
(i) The product has not been used and a refund is requested within 7 days from when the order is received or;
(ii) The refund is requested within 7 days from when the order is placed.

A refund will not be offered if;
(i) The customer has damaged the product in any way; or
(ii) The product has been damaged during delivery; or
(iii) 7 days has elapsed.


PLEASE NOTE: The customer will be responsible for paying their own postage costs for returns or exchanges on any products. Postage costs are non-refundable. Senseorama does not guarantee that your return item will be received if trackable postage is not used.
